Lovely location overlooking Willen lake. Room as expected and breakfast was usual buffet. Staff all pleasant and I would consider staying there again in the future if the need arises.

I had a one night stay at the hotel, the location is very nice being close to the motorway and right on Willen Lake. One of my colleagues rooms had a lovely view across the lake but sadly my room only had a view over the carpark, I was surprised to find my room had a small balcony. The room itself was adequate but a little dated even compared to other premier inns that I have stayed at. We had dinner at the adjoining restaurant which was great value for money. The staff were all nice and friendly. If I was staying in the area again I would happily stay here again

Willen Lake Premier Inn is an excellent place to stay. The rooms are clean and the staff very helpful. As a businessman I always recommend Premier Inn to all my customers.

Advertised Autumn Menu on their website, decided to visit as they finally have Vegan main and Vegan desert.
Upon arrival no sign of Autumn menu.
Told "that is the only menu" pointed at the summer menu. Ok. All three menus on the table were sticky and had food bits on them.
Asked for the allergen menu, it arrived quickly but absolutely covered in sticky what ever, so God knows what allergic reactions people could have just to the allergy menu!
After looking through and fining no suitable food we had a drink and left. All tables and high chairs also filthy. Terrible really. Most disappointed .

The lake itself is really nice. Highly recommended to walk run or bike around, especially on a summer day. Lots of interesting stops and encounters. You can get pizza from a converted can which is amazing. Never even stepped foot in the premier Inn though
