Ordered food at 5pm after an hour my pizza arrived, it looked nasty and cheap and was cold, I then contacted Sams to complain was informed they would send a new pizza, after another hour and a half I am still waiting. I would avoid Sams unless you don't mind being disappointed.
I could have been to italy on a plane and eaten a pizza by the time I get my food
Update- food finally arrived at 8:10pm and guess what looked a mess again was warm. If I can stop one person from ordering then I will be happy.
My advice is DO NOT ORDER FROM SAMS

The time taken to prepare food is too long and the food presented is often cold. The staff are friendly but really not professional. This is more a place for youngsters to come and play with the x-box as they wait for their under heated food.

i love this place the pizzas are amazing and the tower burgers are out of this world, best off all the oreo milkshake yum yum. you have not tried food untill you try this place ;) thanks sam's the takeaway king ;)
