Slightly disappointed.
Went with a large work group. Very slow service for a set menu.
Table booked for 7 , mains arrived at 9 . Food ok ,

A real find. Stunning, freshly cooked food, excellent and attentive service. We live 15 minutes away and have two Indian restaurants in our village, but make the journey here because it's so good. Unsurprisingly, we've been three times, twice mid-week, and it's been packed every time.

The Grange is a very popular Indian restaurant on the west side of Milton Keynes. The decor is modern. I was disappointed on the Saturday night I went as the service was very slow. Arrived at 7:30 and didn't get our mains until after 9. This might have been ok if it wasn't for the fact we didn't order starters. Food, when it arrived, was nicely spiced and well presented. It could have done with being warmer and I got the impression that it had been sitting around while everything was done. So good food, but really need to get on top of the service issues.

Very busy, pleasant restaurant. Modern indian. Served all 10 of us at the same time, we felt well looked after. Good value. Food was standard Indian,I eat a lot of curry, this was pleasant but not full of flavour, which is why I have only given 4 stars.

Second time I have been there - Great food and very good portions `(quite deceiving when you see it but there is a lot there! The staff are very accommodating and will pander to your needs. My dish was not as spicy as I would have liked and the waiter, Mil, was very apologetic and upset that I hadn't said anything before. The food was very nice though and would definitely go there again. The ambience is good too - different from your usual "indian" restaurants.
