Really disappointed with this spa. I booked two "school out" treatments totalling 50 mins each. On arrival a mix up had been done. I ended up with a half hour treatment and my daughter got a 10 min back massage. No apology nothing. After speaking to the manager by phone she said a free complimentary 2 x 50 minute treatments would be emailed to me. You guessed it I'm still waiting. Please check your bookings as I still ended up paying for both people.

Love the facilities although pool area and steam room tired and need attention. Most staff (although not all) friendly and helpful. New gym very good

Having a spa day for me and my husband. Treatments and the lovely ladies that gave us our treatments were lovely and really relaxing. But when we signed in late morning no staff member told us there was maintenance was happening, and whilst I was in the women's showers two work men are walking in and out the women's changing room with no female colleague overseeing them, and having the lights turned off whilst your showing wasn't exactly what you want at 22 weeks pregnant.

Had a great time at the spa with some friends. Top of the line, new gym equipment. Pool area was very popular during the weekend so there was not enough chairs to lounge in. The neck and shoulder massages were lovely and relaxing.
