I found when a arrived at the surgery after booking my appointment they had not booked me in for the time and day I wanted what a mess.
When I saw the vet he said the dog was in pain and clearly my dog wasn't but he went ahead and gave her a pain killing injection it was clear fraud and the prices and the ten minutes I was in there cost me £125. Money grabbers.

The staff have all been great, polite and friendly. The vet himself is new, an Italian gentleman who is very understanding and sincere. We had our cat put to sleep today 15th August 2017 after some week's of ill health and he was extremely considerable in his attitude we couldn't have wished for a better service.

The vets a bit quiet, but he was a lovely bloke, and very helpful. Thanks for fitting us in at such short notice

Just spoken to the receptionist - confirmed the practice is closed until Tuesday but without prompting directed me to the closest one open over the bank holiday weekend and provided the phone number - very considerate.

The lady in reception is so rude I couldn't believe how she spoke to customers (when the phone rang she would shout 'shut up and go away) clearly doesn't like animals or people for that! Both vets I have seen don't know what they are doing and missed part of my puppy's treatment. Definitely would not recommend.
