Horrendously terrible experience taking my son out for a meal. Waited 40 minutes for anyone to take order. Then after the main we neither got more drinks or desserts, we waited over an hour.
I do not recommend this place if you have children, the service is horrendous, and no apology, they tried to make me pay someone elses bill rather than my own saying my 9 yr old did not have a child's meal . He did but they refused him a dessert. My son has a disability of downs syndrome. We got no apology for the very terrible lack of service. I myself spent 20 years+ in catering and it was amazing me how much lack of service there was and we were just totally ignored. Everyone else they treated with respect. I had thought we were invisible till we put our coats on and stood up blocking the isle.
There are plenty of places where my son feels welcome, we will take our money elsewhere. For them they lost out on my 55th birthday party meal I was planning to have there, with family and friends. After all who wants to waste money on bad service just because you have a disabled person with you

Verry disapointing. From the street rubbish insides the entrance to the slow service.
The resteraunt was 10% full and yet we were given a dark table so asked to moved and moved to a slightly better table when there were window seats empty for the duration of the meal.
Others people were also given the dark table and asked to move. Why try and give every customer a poor table when good tables are free....
May be my last visit.

Awful! Went last month, pizza undercooked, stodgy and too much cheese. Thought I'd give them another chance thanks for a 2 4 1 offer ... even worse! The dough on the pizza wasn't even cooked in some places ... just raw dough! Shocking food and zero atmosphere ... not like the F&B I remember from years back!

Very nice dinning experience. We have been to Frankie & Benny's before but never this one. Very clean. Good service. Good quality food at a reasonable price.

They have delicious food. It always seems to be very busy, whenever I have wanted to go in for good though. Food is a little pricey. Although at the moment they have a special offer of £10, for two courses which is quite good. Food is usually served quite quickly but, it can vary in busier times.
