AWFUL customer service!! As I came in the only member of staff in the room was extremely rude and stand-off-ish. Her responses to me were “yeah”, which as a small business owner myself disgusted me that that is how she speaks to her customers ! Manners cost nothing and I was APPAULED by the way I was greeted. First time I ordered a vegetarian breakfast, it came out with Bacon and Sausage! When she finally did bring a vegetarian breakfast, it had been cooked in the same pan as meat. I’ve never left a negative review before but this experience left an awful taste in my mouth not just because of the food. Seriously don’t waste your money here - RUDE STAFF & no respect for their customers. Take the vegetarian option off the menu if you can’t be bothered to meet basic food hygiene standards !

Nice but because they cook food fresh there was a bit of a wait... Long enough for my coffee to go cold
