It's a good casino but every time I ask for a lager the waste is unreal, they struggle to pull a lager without waste and this is every time I've had one. Bit if a waste. Also had a 45 minute wait for 2 fish finger sandwiches but one of the many managers (I assume as there is a lot of them) explained why and gave us a free drink so customer service was good on this situation

The staff decided that putting a tables food order on my table was appropriate, despite the recipient being 4 tablest away. Very sloppy and inconsiderate. The band had some great sounds however they were held back by poor sound engineering biased towards one singer (who appeared to be the 'spokes person). The overall impression I got was a 2nd rate service that could have been 1st rate with some improvements

Large bar area. Decent cocktails and choice of beers and spirits. Five game tables and three or four roulette tables. Several electronic roulette and poker game stations. A pleasant atmosphere too.

Apart from leaving £20 down, we had nice cocktails from the bar, plenty of tables on to play roulette unlike other casinos where there have been people who cant get to tables.
