Can get quite busy at times but a good store with quick service, even at peak times you never really have to wait long for your item.

I really enjoyed being served by Kelly.
She came over to assist me straight away when I couldn't find what I was looking for.
She had time to help me and it is the best service I have had for many years. A big THANK YOU Kelly

Not a fan of the new concept of numerous TV screens all together and the different lines for different things, all a little confusing. and then to get a staff member not greet you and wait for you to read out your code and then for her to say "give me a minute" - I got more words out of a baby.

We purchased a matress from argos in Netherfield Emma the sales lady was very helpful and gave good advice. The item was delivered within a couple of days and is so comfy.
