I am terrified of dentists but the staff here put me at my ease and the dental work was painless. I thought this was going to be a traumatic experience for me and I couldn't have been more wrong.

Disgusting lack of service and the staff are clueless. Had my appointment changed 3 times and never been informed until I turned up for the original appointment. They accused me of making it up until I produced there appointment card written by the very same person who was argueing with me. Oh there must be a computer error then was the next attempt to cover up there mistakes....my teeth have had to be repaired at another dentist since due to the bodge they did..

I am very concerned about my visit tomorrow, after calling to confirm my appointment I was asked to arrive 40 mins earlier than my appointment, when I explained that wouldn't be possible due to transport, I was asked why I wasn't referred to somewhere closer? I found this strange but carried on with the call and asked for the public transport information to which I was told the personal transport information of the "lady" on the phone " I don't catch the bus" I suggested that the last person I had spoken to had been very helpful to which she responded "I will be doing your X-ray" I found this very threatening as a nervous patient. Very unprofessional.

Awful service. Appointments cancelled three times. The one time they did manage to keep my appointment it was suggested I turn up early as they would be able to see me before my appointment time. Ended up waiting 30 minutes past my original time. Rude reception staff. And couldn't even spell my name right. Don't bother.
