Receptionist finished a phone call with a patient and swore to herself behind the counter F*****g Stupid C**t. Not something you want to hear in a dentist from a worker.

Unfortunately I had to have some teeth removed & a denture fitted. The denture was incredibly uncomfortable & gave a blister which made it unbearable to wear . I kept persevering as suggested by the dentist. After a couple of months & still not being able to wear the denture I returned & requested a new denture as I couldn't wear the one I had. I was informed because a couple of months had past that I would have to pay for a new denture . I will not be returning to this dentist again after being a client for over forty years @ the surgery & on advise given kept trying my denture and in the end still couldn't wear "Whatever happened to FIT FOR PURPOSE !!!"
Disgusted with the treatment & attitude received.
