I should like to thank the receptionist at assarts farm surgery for being so helpful with a difficult situation am also grateful to find that the telephone waiting call is short x

Pathetic. They never answer the phone. Two incidents have happened in our family. Lucky to be alive.

Lovely little doctors surgery, not like any other one Ive been to because its always quite chilled out and placid.

I & ;my family moved to this practice about a year ago after having a dissapointing experiene at our old practice. I can honestly say i have nothing but praise for Assarts Farm medical practice & for their 'sister ' surgery Bilborough Medical Centre. The receptionist always come across as helpful & understanding and maybe i'm a fortunate one but always manage to get through on the telephone after about 6 attemps. The doctors have been excellent with myself & my daughter....knowledgable & efficient. After feeling let down by my previous practice Assarts Farm & Bilborough practice has restored my faith in the NHS.

I've lived all over the UK before moving onto the estate some 15 years ago that is serviced by Assarts Farm Medical Centre. And I must say Dr Khalique and his team have been the best surgery who treated my family and myself over the years....Keep up the good work!
