Surgery opens at 8am yet answer phone was on until after 8:30. Never any appointments available. Online ordering system has changed recently and now i cannot order online for my children's prescriptions as the patient has to be over 18 to be set up for online ordering. Can't order prescriptions over the phone either. So have to go in to the surgery to order prescriptions and then back again two days later to collect (if they remembered to get them signed).

No-one ever answers the phones. The only way to actually get an appointment is to show up in person. Reception team is a joke.

I have many bad experience with this practice since it changed hands.
From not being able to get appointments/having Gp phone consultations and waiting nearly 9 hours and still waiting may i just add. To being kept on hold for an hour (and that day i kept my phone on while on hold and decided to drive down to the surgery while still on hold, to find that they wasnt that busy when i explained that i had been ringing the surgery and i was still on hold while i was standing talking to the receptionist in the actual surgery ,she didnt give me apology just a excuse. This is just one of many catalogue of incidents i have had with this surgery.
I feel there is no Empathy and no understanding with the Gps you just feel that some of them treat you just as you are a number and not a person anymore.
one final thing i would like to add.
Why are you still excepting new patients when you cannot accomandate the patients you already have that does not make any sense to me.
As you are not providing a satisfactory service to patients you already have
When you have a responsibility for our health and wellbeing.

Rubbish reception service on the phone for 27 minutes then a member of reception team cut the phone off so had to call back absolutely useless.

35 time I've tried calling user busy?! You have an automated pick up system.
Some people are seriously ill. Wonder if there is a direct link to hospital submissions and not answering the phone. ? I wonder!
