I've only had amazing sessions here. They are fast, friendly and efficient can't fault them in anyway.

It is not a service. I have waited 19 months now and have had no explanation, note, apology help or date. All the other parts of the NHS give you a date that you can look forward to and plan around ie holidays work etc
Im afraid the staff that I have talked to dont really care

Always had a positive experience here and if I have any problems they are quick to sort it out for me :)

I am now 8 weeks post-op and have found the doctors and staff at Nottingham to be nothing but professional, efficient and helpful. Yes the waiting time for the first appointment is long - but that is down to the exponentially increasing demands put on the service. Dr Murjan was always helpful and a willing listener, guiding me through what was a turbulent time of my life, assisting in unlocking cupboards that I had locked decades ago. The professionals at Nottingham are there to help you, not abuse you or treat you with contempt. In reply to one reviewer, I can remember Dr Murjan saying to me that the Centre is there to help anybody with dysphoria, from those wanting to surgically transition to anyone not sure of their gender identity. They helped change my life for the better and I will always be eternally grateful to them.

been to two appointments so far with two different doctors. they both told me that my name "isn't masculine enough" so therefore im not a man? their phrasing was very similar to each other (which is to say, aggressive) which has lead me to believe that it is common practice to make their patients as dysphoric as possible.
hopefully my third appointment goes better, if it does i will change my rating from 1 star to 3 stars
