The hotel is on the Nottingham University site near Beeston with ample transport links to Nottingham City Centre, the rest of the East Midlands and the M1. I regularly use the hotel for meeting clients and contacts over coffee. It is spacious with good service and privacy for meetings.

Very clean and professional. Nice location within University Campus and adjacent to conference centre. Food very good. Quite a long wait on the 2 occasions I have visited. Second time was given the food free of charge because the order had been lost, even got my drinks free. Mistakes happen - it's how you deal with them that counts!

Modern spacious hotel. Very helpful staff. Complimentary robe and slippers plus coffee machine in room. King size bed which is good as being 6'2" my feet usually hang over the end. Powerful shower and the breakfast was lovely. Could not fault the hotel in any way. 5/5

Welcome/Reception, quick/attentive. Restaurant quick, tasty, attentive. Room though....everything was ok until I went to get into bed. I pull back the quilt and the bed sheet and mattress cover comes off, not because it's poorly on, but because they are both too small, so this was an equipment/management failure. As I'm used to making beds quickly, it was easier for me to make it myself as best as possible as I was only staying one night. Then when it was made I went to put the quilt back on the bed and realised it was an open quilt/duvet cover (no poppers or buttons on the cover),in other words : cheap, and quicker for the staff making the beds so they can hire less staff and save money. Glad I wasn't staying more than one night, didn't stay in a hotel to make my own bed!

Lovely welcome from the staff, hotel is beautiful, room was gorgeous. Everywhere was really clean. Nice toiletries. Staff came up to reset TV within minutes of our call to say it wasn't working.
Came for Uni open day, this place is in the park surrounding so is beautiful.
Close to city, so easy to get out for dinner.
Right the moan: Smart TV wasn't working after it updated itself.
Pillows were rock hard ended up using towels.
But would definitely use again.
