The location was easily accessible and it had a very beautiful surrounding. It was even wheelchair accessible. I was there for a conference and my lodging, meals and other needs were all attended to. My wife and children absolutely loved the place. The rooms were spacious, adequately furnished and aesthetically arranged. However, the services were a little lacking as it took over an hour of a wait and they provided me invalid information which caused a little distress on my side. Other than that, I am generally satisfied with everything.

Nice conference facility located in beautiful surroundings. Only problem was parking (not enough spaces for large events). Good catering and space available.

Excellent quality and stylish hotel really good tasty full English breakfast or continental choices. Best scrambled egg I've ever had in a hotel at breakfast. Usually stay clear of scrambled egg as it's always rubbery but this was nice, soft and buttery. Hotel room very clean and comfortable, walk-in shower with very good water pressure and controlable temperature. Very stylish shower head could have been styled by Dyson.

Great conference event space. The food served was great quality; the staff are friendly and professional. There are also good faculties at the venue, including WiFi.

The east midlands conference center was clean and well ventilated. The seating could have been a little more comfortable, but it's not a big issue. The star of the show was definitely the catering, the food was superb
