I joined Hitboxx five months ago to improve my fitness and to increase the intensity which I train at. Five months on and not only has my fitness improved but also my performance levels at work. I feel more focused, energized and healthy. Joining hitboxx was the best decision i made in 2017 and would recommend it to anyone.

I love this place! Rocky is a great coach, he genuinely cares about teaching good technique and helping everyone make progress, whatever their goal. Training sessions are varied and always good fun, and the atmosphere is really friendly and inclusive. I've definitely learned a lot since I joined. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get fit, learn some new skills and have fun at the same time.

A fantastic environment and atmosphere to train in. I joined 18 months ago and still enjoy every session. Rocky is a passionate and engaging instructor creating an inclusive atmosphere for people of all abilities.
