Very disappointed. Joined as it was close to work and 24hrs. However the gym doesn't allow you to do deadlifts and the area used for squats is inadequate as the floor is not fit for purpose. The gym is not a friendly environment probably due to the volume of members and the trainers that work there are too busy hiding in their room or training themselves. Changing rooms are dull and unclean. The equipment is good dumbells up to 50kg and plenty of machines however the gym always is busy so you can't guarantee you will get what you need. Music is too loud when classes are on, unable to hear my own through headphones! Overall I would not recommend as the place ruined my motivation for the gym. There are many other bettwr gyms in the area! Good think is you can cancel membership at any time!

Puregym is a great gym, I have been to a bunch of both large and small gyms around Nottingham and pure is one of the best for me.
Really helpful staff, well laid out inside, easy access with lots of parking and close to local shops to go run errands after training.
It's gotten more expensive but everything always does so can't moan at that really.
Massive free weights section, people in it are generally friendly and not the most untidy I've seen so it works well.
Lots of machines and they are generally quickly repaired and kept in good condition.

This branch of the Pure Gym chain is faultless from my experiences to date.
The parking is generous and has never been an issue. Entry is easy too as an 8 digit pin unique to yourself.
The choice of equipment is massive and caters for all types of workouts. I've been to several gyms and felt uncomfortable in some. This doesn't have that feel to it at all.
The changing area is a decent size and the showers consist of 8 individual private cubicals. None of this communial shower business you see in some places, which would put me off in itself!
Overall it's a well ran establishment which is very good value for money and being a 24 hour gym, the convenience is there for all to see. I can't see myself going anywhere else.

Great Gym. Very affordable and excellent facilities consider what you're paying. The multi gym access is a bonus, especially if you travel a lot.
