Very spacious gym over two floors with lots of cardiovascular machines, fixed and free weights. Have never had a problem finding a place to work out there.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, who are always around and willing to help. Great variety of equipment and the gym is always in order. Wide variety of classes on offer.

Big space for cardio equipment. Good sized rooms for classes. Weights area is on the small side so 4 star's.

As part of my NCS Social Action Project, we were allowed to borrow 2 spinner bike for a group of 16 and do a 12 hour, sponsored bike ride...
We completed this and we raised over £100 for the Rainbow's Hospice and at the end we calculated that we rode a total distance of 440 miles! The distance from Nottingham to Paris.
Staff were really friendly and very supportive which made the experience of fundraising great.
