The application process is fine. The staff on the phone are also friendly and understanding. However I did not appreciate the work in the background. I got charged twice for a fault on there end. Even though I confirmed my bank details they still entered someone elses details. How can you get the bank details wrong twice even after confirming the details. Personally I would avoid as there interest free scheme seems a bit dodgy seeing as they are purposely entering wrong details and charging???

REALLY long wait for call to be answered. Once I connected with a customer service rep I received great, friendly service!

Far too slow, went with another loan company in the end, they must be on another time zone I recon

most horrible experience to deal with company like ikano, just missed one direct debit, instead of trying to take next payment after few days, start harassing me with numerous calls a days, just a bad customer service. i wish never have to deal with this company ever again
