Used few time's. They've been always on time. Driver's are soooo polite n gentle😍
Car was clean and in competitive rate price is quite cheaper then other's..
Gonna definitely use them again n again

came within 4 minutes the driver was really nice and despite charging me 4.00 instead of the aprox 3.30 it was still really cheap for a saturday night city centre ride! will definitely use again, best taxi service i've had in Nottingham

Have used Forest cars a few times in the past but never again now! On past two occasions very disappointed, terrible service!
In August booked a airport pickup for me and my kids, needed a booster seat so booked one with the taxi, woman on the phone assured me they had one and it was no problem. When the car arrived at the airport (called me 10 times before we got our bags because the airplane was late but he had the flight number) he had no car seat. I said I had booked one and he just said "you don't need one" over and over... Absolutely appalling!
Then last week booked a airport pickup to EMA for my aunt (no car seat needed - thought I'd give them a second chance) decided to pay extra for the driver to wait in the building with a sign as she's never been here before. Person on the phone, when ordering, says that's no problem just need to pay a few pounds extra for parking. Then when my aunt's landed and waiting for the taxi the driver calls me to ask me if I'm out (didn't give them my aunts number) and he's waiting in a nearby gas station! When told he was supposed to be waiting inside he just starts arguing about parking tariffs. He argued with me for 5 minutes. Never even a sorry for not being inside, just blaming me. Horrible service altogether. Clearly drivers do not follow what the phone seller has promised.

This taxi firm is a absolute joke, lots of good reviews that I believe have been made up by the actual company to make themselves look good. Travelled for just over 3 miles and cost 8 pound, this same journey cost just over 6 pound with every other firm. RIP OFF...! And was late even tho booked over a hour prior. No way will we use this rubbish firm again, would rather walk. Oh and no mounted pay meter, was using a phone on his lap, dodgy people.!
