Firstly trying to book by phone.
You get an automated service which isn't cheap and then slowly take you through a selection process designed to drag out the call. After saying which ten pin bowl you want (if the system eil recognize your voice) you are then put through to a call centre which then asks you again which bowl you require. Why in that case have i just spent approximately a minute and a half trying to direct my call automatically? The reason phone call money for the evil corporation.
In order to maximise your cheap booking as always these days, book online!
The bowl itself is fairly standard arcade, bowling alley food, drinks and well bowling. The wc facilities were in ok order and most eating / drinking areas were up to standard.
Staff were for the most part good some needed a role model. But not the most professional enrltertainment outlet wehave visited.
Parking could be a nightmare but fortunately we lucked in and got a spot I would suggest if you can use public transport.
All in all had an average experience here I wasn't expecting it's a knockout but there was no pep, shame had the potential to be better.
