We were there not for sleep but for food. The location gives easy access to Saltash and Cornwall beyond. We found the food at the Burger King located on site to be fresh and good. The customer service was especially good. They appeared to be under staffed and were not expecting the number of patrons that came in...about 7.30 pm on a Saturday night. They kept us informed and worked with a smile.

The room was relatively clean though the carpet was rather old and sticky as if it needed replacing. Otherwise no complaints. A very nice stay overall.

Everything fine and as I have come to expect from Travelodge. Always nice and quiet and a good night's sleep. My only criticism is that there is no breakfast room there, it is a big enough building but only choice is to go to subway for breakfast

Room is adequate just a little too warm for me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Could do with more signage in the corridors as I kept turning the wrong way. I'm not a fast food lover but I would never have another burger after eating on at the Burger King! It was disgusting and only the tiny eat portion of fries! But don't let that put you off staying here, there is a Waitrose opposite if you want a light meal. Room has shampoo and liquid soap provided and the towels are large and fluffy. Personally I prefer Premier Inn but I would stay here again.

The hotel looks fine. I visited Subway in the services here. It's looking a bit unloved in places but clearly work is going on go improve it. Good location as a base for exploring Cornwall and South Devon though.
