Very friendly and helpful staff to greet you, help you with any problems and give great training advice. They offer a wide range of classes to all members which are brilliant and instructed very well. I would recommend to anyone who wants a gym with a nice atmosphere where you can feel comfortable working out alongside freindly people.

If you're going to join a gym and want to get the best out of it then Jack's Gym is the place to go in the Saltash area. An interesting and varied range of fitness equipment for use, both indoors and outdoors, whether a beginner or a seasoned regular. An impressive range of group classes or a personal trainer approach, as you prefer. Give it a try!

Super friendly gym. Has an amazing array of classes which are made even better with the option of them being outside, really adding to the fun available here.
