Close to city centre, clean and smart reception nice friendly welcome from staff. Room good size clean and bed is soft and big.

Can always rely on the stay being good. Had breakfast which was fine and all the staff we dealt with were pleasant and helpful.

Pleasant stay. The only complaint would be the room was on the front of the hotel so it was a bit noisy.
Room was clean, beds comfy, breakfast was great, staff were lovely.

The hotel is situated on a busy road. I had a road side room on the 3rd floor, the noise wasn't bad but those who are light sleepers probably want to specify a room away from the road. The staff are really friendly and are happy to help. As with all premier Inns the facilities are basic. The restaurant food is good, likewise is the breakfast.
