Put an order through to wait an hour which was fine to not received some of my order phoned Underwood to be told they won't give me a refund for the item I didn't receive and they wouldn't send someone back out with the item.. and the FOOD we did get was Disgusting and didn't eat anyway GIVE THIS COMPANY A WIDE BIRTH NEVER ORDERING AGAIN

Ordered for 1840 amended to 1855 finally delivered 1925
Extras I'd paid for were not in the bag and when I dished up the food it was cold.
Worst Chinese in a very long time will not use again

Been having there chines and English food for a while , and I think it's excellent . Great customer service and food always ready on time .
