Merlin Fitness was for me, a safe place to get back into working towards my optimum fitness level. Having a cancer diagnosis can feel like a death sentence, so motivation to carry on can be seriously compromised. The first day I arrived at Merlin I sat outside feeling very low.. Beth came and sat with me and as we chatted openly and honestly, I reallized it was worth a go..
Beth is by far the best, most compassionate (as well as passionate) fitness instructor I have met. She cares. She coaxes gently. She never made me feel like I wasn't trying, even on the days when I felt too low to attend.
Thanks to Merlin, I am now feeling like the ole me.. or is it the new me! I am feeling strength coming back into my body and soul.. gently gently..

I have been coming here to Merlin Fitness for nearly 6 weeks.Beth the owner teaches you about nutrition and how to improve your present diet.No silly shakes or processed diet TV dinners.You write in a diary what you have eaten every day, well so you are accountable of course! I go to 3 metabolic classes a week and did find it hard at first! I was sore,but once you have been a few times you are taught by Beth how to exercise safely.The classes are small and the people are great fun to exercise with.We all support each other.I am on a journey and am so pleased with my progress so far,my arms have definition my legs are toned and have lost inches from my waist and fat! I am very grateful to Beth at Merlin Fitness,she is very passionate and will support you on your fat loss journey.
