Pre booked for a reservation at 7:45. They advised us to book early for 7:15. At 7:45. Still no taxi. We called and were told it would be At least another 15 minutes. We cancelled called another firm and They came out immediately.
No apology. Nothing. Will never use again.

Booked taxi for trip home. Taxi was patiently waiting at given time. Was very nice chatty driver and much cheaper that other firms. Will use again

Booked for NYE and despite us providing the wrong collection address were still on time and very reasonable for the busiest night of the year. Great Service!

Extremely poor service taxi was booked at 2:40 for a pick up at 8pm in the evening after 3 calls and being told that the taxi was in the area and won't be long the taxi arrived at 8:15.
This led to a late arrive at the out door cinema event that we had tickets for and led to us losing our money on the tickets and a wasted evening.
Would not recommend or use ever again
