Booked a taxi for 11:30(we booked it at around 8pm), it's now 11:55 and after being on hold for 10 minutes we got through to the company and they tell us it will be another 35 minutes... absolute waste of time now we will be later....

Booked a 7 seater taxi 8 days ago for last night, confirmed on morning as had 3 pick up points,waited for over an hour was fobbed off by rude unhelpful staff, terrible service will never use again and will pass my awful experience to all I know to ensure they lose business.Worst taxi firm in Plymouth

Absolutely awful. Taxi over 30 minutes late and they didn't tell me there would be a delay. I'm now very late for work even after booking the taxi allowing plenty of time to spare. Never booking with this service again.

Drives are fantastic.....control operators are rude and unhelpful. Would definitely not recommend or use again. Most dissapointing.

Ordered taxi 2 nights in a row first night driver was there at requested time driver was extremely chatty and very friendly, 2nd night taxi was delayed by 25 minutes but got a call after waiting about 5 minutes to explain the situation again driver was extremely friendly will absolutly be using these again.
