Joke of a company to put it lightly. Loving the other reviews here, accurate and highly amusing. Go home Silverline, you're drunk. Him and Glen Hillier of HMSW builders should join forces to create the crappest company known to humankind.

Not even 1 star. Absolute shambles of a company. Not only is the radio operator the most miserable idiot in the world, he hangs up on you after lying to you saying the taxi is one minute away for it to turn up 20 minutes later. People book taxis at specific times because they have somewhere to be at a certain time, to be ON TIME. The operator knew he was no where near when I spoke to him on the 3 separate occasions, but continued to lie, then hung up! Appalling for a business, seen better customer service from the nazis. Call another company if you're considering getting a taxi in Plymouth. Even walking is better than waiting for this slow death to turn up. The driver didn't appologise either and was a miserable git as well.

Absolutely the worst experience when phoning for a taxi last night (20/8/16).
Called once to be half way through speaking and was hung up on.
Called again, no answer. Called a good 3 more times and still no answer.
Then when I finally got an answer again the operator was rude and hung up on me again! 😡 Disgusting way to be treated.
