Excellent people. I tried to walk home with a bad back and one of the cabs passed me by a bit further down the road and by now I'm in agony he stopped to ask for directions which I told him, I then asked if he would take me home to which he replied sure jump in. What a gent and service would defo recommend and would use for sure. Oh one more thing he didn't charge me :)

4 days in a row I called in advance to book a taxi, even booked for an earlier to give them a chance and yet they managed to be late each time, even picked up other passengers. Awful experience with them and won't be using them again. Definitely recommend using another firm.

Last week I was ill and needed a taxi to the hospital. The driver arrived very quickly and got me there, I only had my card with me and couldn't pay, so I decided to get out and leave my card with him.
A few days later, I phoned them and he returned my card (without a penny spent, on a contactless card) and I was able to pay cash then.
All I can say is that I'm so glad they got me where I needed, didn't bother me when I didn't pay, and safely returned my card.

THE MOST UNSAFE DRIVER WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Drove at horrendous speeds through residential areas, was all over the road INCLUDING THE OTHER SIDE INTO ON COMING TRAFFIC! Didn't have a clue where he was going and we had to give directions before he took us the wrong way. Couldn't understand our instructions and EMERGENCY BRAKED TWICE TO TRY AND REVERSE ON A MAIN ROAD THEN A BUSY JUNCTION because he'd missed the turning. Asked US for directions then shouted at us saying 'he was the driver!'. He had to drop us off after the main drop off and wanted us to call the main office to confirm which they said on LOUD SPEAKER WOULD BE £5 for the fair which is more than enough to get from where we were. We gave him the money and he said to us 'you know this isn't right for what I've done for you'. When we said that's how much they told you and us on the phone he told us to 'get our stuff and get out' and got out the car and watched us from our drive get into our house!! We couldn't get the reg of the vehicle because of this otherwise we would have called the police.
WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN AND CAN ONLY STRESS TO PEOPLE TRAVELLING ON THEIR OWN TO USE A DIFFERENT FIRM. IF THIS IS WHAT THEIR DRIVERS CAN BE LIKE WITH A MARRIED COUPLE, I HATE TO THINK HOW INTIMIDATING THEY COULD BE TO AN INDIVIDUAL PASSENGER.
