Highly recommend veterinary hospital. Helpful, friendly, genuinely caring staff.
Richard Hazard is amazing when it comes to small/exotic animals. There is not much he doesn't know about rats for instance.
Richard has provided excellent care and advise over many years of visiting him and I would never go anywhere else.
All the staff have a genuine love of animals and go above and beyond to care for your much loved pets. I trust them all implicitly.

Our pets (degus) have many issues because they are rescues and our vet does everything he can to help us with our "exotic" animals (most vets don't know enough about them). He knows more than any other vet we've tried (he has his own degus and keeps up to date with research) so while this vets is more expensive than most it is worth it to us.

Saw So Many Different Vets Up There And Got So Much Different Advice About Our Dog When She Was Pregnant We Didn't Know What To Belive. There Was Two Who We Seen Who We Thought Were Extemely Good. When the down the one in st bureaux for some Tins of meat asked about feeding and they are so rude down there. It makes you wonder. If Cher hadn't have been pregnant and there was some where else closer I would have gone somewhere else. Not to be recommended.

I have been using this veterinary practice for many years now and would definitely recommend. The staff are amazing and during the toughest of times, have always shown compassion and understanding. The service is fantastic, and even though appointments usually run a little late, I certainly don't mind as I know that when it is my turn, I will not be rushed out just so they can get to the next patient.

Absolutely appalling prices kept changing nearly £200 to be seen for a saline drip. Out of hours fees I understand, but after speaking to them on the phone and explaining the situation we managed to raise the money we were quoted for treatment. Upon arrival this had increased dramatically. Unhelpful caused stress and worry. Upset my own vet would use these as out of hours service. My daughter fed our puppy grapes our pup showed no adverse effects however we are aware of the dangers and decided it best to check.
