Portway Surgery

It would be easier to get an audience with Pope than to get through to Portway surgery. Why doesn't it have an email address for non urgent inquiries? And if, as the annoying call management system insists, it knows my call is 'important', why doesn't anyone answer?

Rang at 8:10am it was engaged and every 30 seconds after that until I got through at 8:15am, was on hold for half hour and what a surprise when I finally got through all the appointments had gone!! How on earth does that work??!! Surely I'd of been the first to get through, it's ridiculous and this place really needs to sort themselves out! Maybe once it's moved to by the duck pond things will work properly and won't be on hold for that long anymore!

Terrible doctors surgery. Left a child with a water infection for a week and then broke the water sample but didn't contact for a further 2 days. Disgusting treatment
