Such a shame visited the Brentwood during the Elvis Porthcawl Fratival 2017 had a really amazing night but the doorman ruined this on our exit. After leaving, 1 of our party asked if we could use the toilet bearing in mind we had a paid stamp on our hand this jobsworth doorman decided that this 1 person could not quickly go back to use the toilet even though she begged him and said she would be 1 minute. This doorman was very rude and not very nice I can't believe someone like is allowed to work the door. Such a shame as it was a nice evening. Management really need to change their doorman or their policy.
