Visited the seabank today because my 4 yr old needed to use the toilet, we were refused entry by an obnoxious receptionist who was more interested in putting on her lipstick . I even asked if I could go to the bar and buy a drink and use the toilet, still refused. I spend a lot of time and money in porthcawl and the seabank hotel won't be getting either of them.. definitely not worth a visit....I want to give 0 star rating but it won't let me so 1 star it is...

Excellent location and views. We've only stayed here for the Elvis weekend, which is very expensive and busy, but great fun even if you're not an Elvis fan! A mid range hotel.

My daughter and I stayed at the Seabank hotel for four days. We absolutely loved it. Our room had three big windows, all over looking the sea. Our room (including bathroom ) was spotlessly clean. Staff were mega friendly. Food was beautiful. Needless to say, we didn't want to go home. Already planning our next trip there. Fantastic hotel :)
