They were busy so we had quite a long wait for food but it was worth it in the end. An inventive menu, based around some usual favourites: A little bit different. The staff were lovely too. It would have been 5 stars if not for the wait. (We were warned at the time of ordering and they did give free tea top ups because of the time taken.)

My wife and I went to Cobbles and we have since returned several times. We love great and real food and it is executed in such an amazing way! Brilliant food and attentive staff! (but in the good way) The Vale of Glamorgan should be proud that it has such a fantastic foodie haven! Can not rate Cobbles highly enough - 6/5.

The food is fantastic and staff are great. There is an insite Deli to buy produce to take away. There is also a bar that serves a good assortment of ales and ciders. Good for children and they have high chairs

Stopped off for afternoon tea & cake after a walk near Ogmore Castle. So glad we did. I had the Victoria Sandwich & hubby had the Bounty. Huge slices, so fresh & soft. The jam on the VS was exquisite. Service friendly & quick. After tea we popped into their little store. Ended up walking away with 2 homemade meat pies & a bottle of seaweed gin. The pies were delicious, stuffed full of meat & sauce. The staff behind the counter were knowledgeable & helpful, but steer clear of the seaweed gin!! I understand they are busy at weekends, so book a table. We went late afternoon on a week day & it was perfect. Dog friendly too.
