Excellent fish and chips and Currys, a bit of a wait at peak times.. also a bit overpriced but you pay for what you get !

Expensive. Every time I go in there the chips have risen in price and you never seem to get the same sized portion. Sometimes it's adequate other times it's well below par. Long waiting times when they are busy and they advertise that they cook fresh to order which is odd because the fish is frozen not fresh. It's OK but pricy.

There are lots of fish and chip shops around here, I've always gone to Beal's which is pretty decent. Quality wise I'd say they are the same, but in this place I had to que for 10 mins only to have to wait another 10 mins for food. Chips were under cooked, fish over cooked. Won't return.

Excellent food, friendly staff. All freshly cooked. would defo use again if I was in the area

This place is usually busy because it's in Porthcawl - a holiday capital. The food quality is great, but it's not big on taste. If you want a budget chip shop...then stray far away from this place as you're looking at spending a fortune. I had spent nearly a whole £20 on just 3 food items.
