We Were going to Trecco bay for our Hols. Booked the taxi a couple of weeks before but I forgot to take their telephone number with us. Didn't need to worry as we were going to bridgend by train I had a msg on my phone that taxi was on route. The Driver was absolutely brilliant and took us to our destination. We used the same taxi a couple of times to the nearby town and was shown different parts on the way. And also had the same Taxi to take us back to the train station. Our driver than was a lady and very friendly. Honestly Can't thank them enough. So helpful, Friendly absolutely the best. Thanks so much To you all. And will certainly use you we come back. If I could put more than 5 star I would

used this company for an airport trip .had one of the worst experiences on the return journey. after supplying a car seat for the journeys , the company then managed to forget the car seat - leaving us stranded at Gatwick airport for 2 hours while they had to buy a new one (which was the wrong size for the child)
the driver mentioned that he was doing the return journey as a favour as the company had doubled booked . a company that is obviously poorly managed and only money driven. take your money up front and couldn't care about customer service.
May I add the woman in the office has a terrible attitude , her words were "it's not my problem" . when actually it is !!
we paid for a service that was poorly delivered and will be persuing it further.
Do not use this company . poor service and shocking attitudes !

We had booked a taxi for our arrival at Cardiff airport for 10p.m. Unfortunately we were diverted to Bristol because of fog. Obviously we phoned and explained the situation. I cannot thank the company enough for their above and beyond service, they kept in contact with us during the journey and finally arriving at Cardiff airport, the driver was there waiting. If ever I need a taxi in that area again, I shall have no hesitation in using Driven Taxis again. Thank you

Very poor
Us and our family members who have been using the said taxis servise for many years. And have had no problems with your service no matter the circumstances. We had a driver come to pick us up tonight 3/08/16 at 11:30 after a friend's bd party and refused to take us all as there were 3 children and 2 adults and it was only around the corner and I was against regulation. So I said I was a willing to walk the short distance but he could not offer two car seats for my boys which is against the law as I didn't feel safe without them in an appropriate child seat so he drove off leaving us in the rain. And complained to my wife when I tracked his car to destanation he stoped in the wrong place and when my wife walked out of street to tell him we were over at this address he said well this Is where I am picking you up can't you walk here which was very demeaning to my wife I beleave his name was daren and he needs to go on some people comunacation courses
