Wateratones is simply great. I especially love Waterstones in London (also with coffeeshop) However, Waterstones has lots and lots of books, so it is a dream for everyone who loves books!

It's a bit like a sort of wonderland... Great selection of books and genres. You need time to explore here unless you know what you want immediately.

Very relaxed atmosphere, helpful staff and, of course, lots of wonderful books! There's also a nice café with very reasonably priced tasty food, including veggie options, snacks and drinks. (There isn't a massive choice of main meals, but then it is a bookshop.)

Always find it a pleasure shopping at Waterstones in Birmingham. Has a wide range of books in all categories and most of the time have managed to find what I set out to buy. The store has friendly and helpful staff and is always well presented.

Such a nice bookshop, really nice people to help you. Ordered a book that will come out this week, which was not a problem and didn't even have to pay in advance. Since we're here on a holiday and will leave this week as well, this was something I did not expect.
