everything was very good for me when i went there. nice people, great service, low prices and i didn't had to wait in any queue on pickup or drop off. 10/10 would come again.

Understaffed!! Long queues. The phone doesn't stop ringing,because nobody answers it. Car wasn't so clean on the outside, also needed a jump start before I could leave.
The customer service from the lady who served me was good.
I just wish the service was as quick as Budget at Birmingham airport.

On the phone 0844 number message next to be answered gave up after 5 mins. .read reviews. ... I'll stay well clear of them. ..Thanks

Paid for vehicle 6 days beforehand and on morning of collection day we were being told there was no vehicle available!!! We needed a specific type of car but been calling around with none available.

Though we entered all our information when we booked through the internet, it took the staff a VERY long time to key in everything again which I do not understand why and it wasnt a lot of stuffs.....
