Debenhams is great department store with lots of products from clothing to electrical and homeware. We popped in because they quite often have good sales with bargains to be found and we weren't disappointed. Spacious and bright with friendly staff always willing to assist.

Went here to buy some shoes, Waited around 15 minutes for a sales assistant but none showed up so had to go to the cashier desk. An assistant fetched me my size then disappeared off to the back never to be seen again. I wanted to try a second size and couldn't find a sales assistant again so just left. Complete waste of time and incredibly poor service. Schu a few doors down were incredible. They greeted at the door, tôk mỹ size, made a few recommendations and told me about the specials.

For such a long time we have been without a Debenhams department store. This really is a fantastic store, wife loves coming here for makeup cosmetics etc. I love the men’s perfume counters where you can try the sample bottles for most fragrances. Too many floors tools mention, too many departments to count. Great experience. Has small restaurant upstairs as well as clean and free to use public toilets.

I visited the luggage department on Tuesday 12 September. I purchased a Tripp Suitcase and the Tripp manageress Natasha Baker was very helpful. Today 16 September I returned the case to the department because I was concerned about the size of the case. Natasha was there and she was so helpful. On Tuesday she did suggest I took the smaller case. So when I returned today I said "You was right!" Natasha assisted me and also helped me purchase a holdall and I gave her the measurements that is required by all airlines. There was no problems and Natasha went the extra mile to help me. Thank you Natasha, I am very appreciative of your help and courtesy. Many thanks!! Tony
