I would like to praise the customer service staff after my visit today, after learning a delivery was due at 1.00pm for this years must have LOL large surprise. The delivery had not been unloaded but the staff checked and after a short wait the item was bought up to me and I was on my way at 1.30 - excellent service - Thank you.

The store is small not as much selection as other stores! Staff can’t be bothered! I waited 40 minutes for a car chair! Then got a parking fine for being 20 minutes late back to my car parked in there car park! When I asked the store for help regarding this I was told it is nothing to with them and the car park is separately owned, I am a blue badge holder and it took me so long because I had 2 children with autism with me. After much research I have now found out toys r us and McDonald’s are paid by g24 for the car park. Also uk law states you do not legally need to pay the fine the more customers to avoid this store the more chance we have of the parking scam to be removed after all we spend enough in these shops and this should be outlawed it shows money hunger by the biggest two companies in the uk!! It’s disgusting!

Prices the same as other stores selling toys. There doesn't seem to have so many offers as in previous years. Smyths in oldbury seemed brighter, tidier and more staff to ask questions on products

Such an amazing place, friendly staff, great deals. Love coming here so much choice and wide a variety for all ages. Kids love the Disney music you now play on the radio too. Free parking and McDonald's is also on site for a bite to eat.

Top store. Never been to a Toys R Us branch anywhere and had anything but a great experience. This store though has so much shop space full of all the toys you could dream of. The place is huge. The staff are superb and go out of their way to ensure you have a brilliant shopping experience.
The parking space is vast and free which certainly adds even more appeal.
