Hotel is in a good location, good parking on site, rooms are basic but clean and tidy. Free WiFi is good, and the onsite restaurant is more than adequate. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Only downside was the traffic noise outside but that's not the Hotels fault.

It was a comfortable stay, staff were lovely in the morning but didn't seem too bothered in the evening. Room was clean. Lift randomly decided not to work which was a bit concerning but this only lasted about 20 or so seconds so probably just a little glitch. All in all it was a good stay and I'd go there again but just a few things to improve.

Used to be an excellent 3 star motel. Now completely "remodelled" (=downgraded) and classified 2 star. Disabled room on 1st floor was tiny and double bed against the wall so one occupant would have to climb over the other to get out. We opted for a standard room instead. When my wheelchair-bound wife and I stayed the lift was out of order. The engineers enabled it to get us up to the first floor but we were told we would then have to stay there until the lift was finally repaired. Thank goodness there wasn't a fire! Stayed here many times before the remodelling but now unlikely to return or recommend to family or friends. Such a shame.

Location was perfect for what we were attending. Staff were very helpful. However I found the hotel and it's facilities very limited. This Ibid is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Not any more. Even a small child, as a mum. U need a bigger hotel room. Room felt very claustrophobic. Very clean. Nice design. But i found to be small. Wouldn't go again. Only due to space as I have 2 kids. But very good for couples or single person.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were compact but very clean and tidy. Twin beds were a touch narrow. But I did sleep very well, and was not disturbed by traffic despite my room being road facing
