Excellent place for a drink before the game, friendly staff and quick service always a bonus when you want to get a couple in before kick off.

Downstair there is a loud bar/game room, I have to passed it before can get to my bedroom. Beddings are really good quality. Room and bathroom is clean too. Parking is off road. We only stayed for few hours to catch the flight from Birmingham Airport.

Rank is all I need to describe this hotel. The only nice thing about this place was the receptionist. It's looks nothing like the pictures.its run down frontage, dirty carpets, broken tiles on the floor, mould in the shower and walls with splatter on was just the start. Went in and hastily left without staying overnight. In agreement with 90% of these bad reviews. Including the non residents in car park doing drugs. Nice area, not!

Pretty much just a bar with some rooms upstairs. I'm pretty sure the bar is popular with locals, but they don't seem the friendliest crowd around. People are apparently allowed to smoke in the bar area too, which is a little odd.
The room was decent, with a very large bed. The shower was fantastic. My only issue with the room were the cigarette burns on the carpet, again, is it okay to smoke anywhere in this place?!
We booked a room to stay for one night as we were going to a concert in the o2 institute, it's fit for that purpose, but I would not recommend it for longer stays or for families.
