So amazed by this place you can walk round and see different birds and other wild life, dogs are allowed, they have a viewing center, one place you must visit.

A shorter walk than expected but lovely. The first moment we walked out there were parakeets flying around and on the feeders! Great to see. Knowledgeable and helpful volunteers, including in the hide. Lots of cormorants, a heron and little Egrets. We saw a jay as we were walking round and lots of squirrels. We had a peppermint tea in the visitors centre, no soya mylk or vegan options. Finished off with a picnic on one of the many picnic benches.

Just been on a guided bat walk. Very good. Guide was very knowledgeable and the RSPB staff were fantastic.
Loved it. We will be going back soon

Great place to just walk the dog and let the world pass you by. New visitors centre is very clean and staff are very knowledgeable. The lake side hide is fantastic to while away a couple of hours bird watching
