Male taxi driver tried to fight us girls after accusing us of not paying for a return which we had paid for. He then drove off and brookfleet refused to send us another Taxi, robbing us of £17 and leaving us stranded and shivering for over an hour at 5am. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The best worst taxi firm on the planet...drivers are rude so are the operstors on the phone. Fargile cars...and comes the stupid question.how much do you usually pay....even though they have a meter in their cars...unless meter is there for the sake of it. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

We used Brookfleet to Birmingham airport. We booked a couple of days before, we received a text half a hour before we needed taxi to say taxi would be with us for the time we had booked.Taxi arrived a bit early but better early then late.Taxi driver waited for us. A lovely driver fare at a good rate. Highly recommend using Brookfleet Taxis. We have used Brookfleet Taxis for a drop off and pick up again this time too sandwell and dudley station . Again a fab driver reasonable price we always have great service from Brookfleet Taxis highly recommend.
