the most expensive council to have private hire licence in uk plate fees £400 per year drivers badge fee £105 for the year interim car checks every 4 months so any small problem needs sorting so more expense on original out lay. also making more rules to make the drivers life more miserable than it already is get treated with contempt from office staff all round rip off but great money spinner for sandwell council did you know that people who live in sandwell 99% dont have disposable income its a fact but yet the council charge these fees that are a utter joke.
