In four visits this year, twice I have been served a bag of bits and scraps with hardly an edible chip in sight. I complained to the owners two months ago about the first lot and was assured this would be addressed, but it clearly has not been sorted out as yet again I handed over hard earned cash for inedible scraps of potato last week. Fish was okay.

Just had small cod & chips. Best Fish & Chips I have had in year. Hot, freshly cooked, massive portion size. Highly recommend 😊

The fish and chips were delicious. The staff delivered 80 portions of fish and chips. on time, very hot and non greasy. They even offered their help in distributing the portions of fish chips to the waiting crowd. High recommended.

While not as good as my favourite Whitstones in Shepton Mallet, it is a lot closer and is better than what used to be here.
