I have to say I was more impressed with the service than I thought I would be. I have now had 3 different pictures framed and it is always amazing to see the craftsmen working when I drop off and pick up the pictures.
Customer service is more than just a word to these guys it is a way of life, as a customer I am made to feel like a welcome friend and the only thing better than that was the quality of the work done.
I have asked them to frame a large picture of my wedding as a gift for my mother and I have chosen a frame that will look amazing on her wall, it is a lovely light wood that the framers helped me choose and I am looking forward to picking it up on Thursday next week an looking forward eve more to seeing my mothers face when she opens it on the Friday.
