Nice setting, initially very friendly and welcoming but then generally disappointing. This is not a particularly cheap place to eat and as such, I expected that the service and food would be a good standard.
The Italian waiter (a lot of the staff seemed to be Italian which I guess is to give an authentic feel) was very pleasant but not very attentive. Once we were seated and our order taken, we didn't really see him after that. We were not asked if we would like more drinks or if everything was ok with the meals. I had to catch other waiters' attention on their way to and from other tables.
The wine waitress spilled red wine down the side of my wife's glass leaving a puddle of wine on the table. When she left after pouring we assumed she was going to fetch a cloth to clean the puddle, but she simply took off and left the mess she had made. After I realised she wasn't going to return, I used my napkin to clean the red wine off the sides and bottom of my wife's glass and mopped up the puddle myself.
I then had to shout to get the attention of another waiter to exchange my napkin for a clean one.
The food in general was OK. I some kind of special steak that had been corn fed which was around £40 but it wasn't a good cut of mean and was just pretty disappointing.
All in all, the dining experience was sub par. Below average service, very average food and certainly poor value for money.

It is such a nice restaurant! The waiters are really friendly with everyone in the restaurant and they are also quite funny.
I loved the food and the variety of Italian specialities the restaurant offers .
I would recommend it to others because it is somewhere nice to spend a night with the rest of your family.

The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was perfect. The food on the other hand was poor! Based on the location, caliber of restaurant and the fact many of the staff were Italian the food should have been much better. I am from London so am happy to pay £35 for 2 courses and a single drink but this place was definitely not worth it ☹️

My husband booked a table for my birthday, I must say it was the best meal I have ever eaten in a restaurant. Our meals were cooked and served to perfection. The atmosphere was great, and the waiters were fantastic it made our experience even more magical. We will be definitely coming back. 10/10 also thank you to the waiters who sang happy birthday to me.
